Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing only via email. Phone cancellations are not accepted as we require written proof of the cancellation.

Where a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hire date, the Client will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total hire charges paid. The remaining 50% will be retained by the company to cover administrative costs, scheduling commitments, and loss of business opportunities associated with holding the items for the booking.

Where a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled hire commencement date, no refund will be payable and the full hire fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that the Client may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
