Please see below for a list of payment options that Party Hire Group offers to pay for the your event equipment hire.
All customers are welcome to pay for there hire in cash. If you wish to pay cash, please make sure you have the correct change as our drivers do not carry change. If you require a receipt for the payment, please email us after your event at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a receipt.
All payments for party hire equipment via credit card incur a 3% surcharge (unfortunately this is the rate we are charged by our financial institution). If you would like to avoid this fee, EFT is a great option and you can do an online transfer to our account, or you can pay cash on the day. Our portal does not accept AMEX. If you wish to pay via credit card, please select this option when booking and we will call you to organise payment prior to your event. We do not offer credit card payments on the day of your event. A payment receipt for your party equipment hire can be issued to you via email.
Party Hire Group also offers EFT/Bank transfer. We can issue an invoice prior to your event. Payment must be made at least 3 days prior to your event, if not you will be required to pay for equipment hire via cash or credit card.
